Miami's mostdiscerning addresses,quietly delivered.
I don't believe in random searches.
Before real estate, I spent fifteen years in finance, at Credit Suisse First Boston, Prudential Securities, and Wachovia Securities, advising clients on the disciplined deployment of capital.
A home is a larger decision than most positions on a balance sheet, and a more permanent one. Since 2005, I've brought the same discipline to luxury real estate in Miami.
My clients are international and domestic, buyers from São Paulo, Buenos Aires, New York, Boston, and Mexico City. Most do not yet know exactly what they want. My first work is to help them find it, what they want and what they truly need, and to advise them toward the right decision. Then comes the rest: structuring the transaction, and protecting their time, capital, and discretion in equal measure.
I work in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I work quietly. And I work for the long relationship.
