Her attention to detail and organizational skills help ensure a seamless experience for every client.
Luciana Riscala
Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Luciana holds a degree in Business Administration and is fluent in Portuguese and English. After successfully owning and operating a travel agency for over twenty years, she transitioned into real estate.
For the past seven years she has worked alongside Mariana Niro, assisting with property showings, transactions, paperwork, rentals, sales, and client events. She is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience for every client.
Marcella M. Carneiro
Marcella, the latest addition to the team, is a former lawyer with solid experience in contracts and international transactions. Coming from a family of developers, she brings together her legal knowledge and her passion for real estate to facilitate transactions and support clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing homes.
She speaks English, Portuguese, German, and Spanish. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Georgia, a post-graduate diploma in Business and Economy Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and a J.D. from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She is also a wine expert with major international industry certifications, having worked as a wine educator, consultant, and writer.
